Question: I was curious as to why the Ramayana seems to have been embraced culturally by much of Southeast Asia. If you look at Bali, Cambodia, etc., you see that much of their art, dance, etc., revolves around this Indian epic.

Question: You have mentioned [in Tattva Prakasha 1.1] that at the final devastation Lord Brahma will also have to face his karma but I have indeed read that Lord Brahma goes to Vaikuntha upon the final devastation. Please clarify.

Question: In all spiritual texts it is written that in this Kaliyuga man has become extremely materialistic and that is the main reason that he cannot express his divine form. Question: I read that we are here (in the material world) because we desired to to enjoy independent of the Lord. Who gives us the desire to enjoy independently of Lord Krishna and why ? It is confirmed in vedas that without Krishna's will nothing will happen.

Question: In my reading of "Back to Godhead" magazine, Jan/Feb 2000 edition, Page 47, there is a reference to the extremely illustrious decoration of Dwarka. This excerpt is taken from Srimad Bhagvatam (10.69.1-12). Since the Lord is beyond material values, why did he surround himself with such ostentatious material things?

Question: With regards to your latest newsletter, how can you say that Sudama brought "rotten flat rice" for Sri Krishna to eat ? What Sudama brought was "Powa" or "Avalakki" - which his wife prepared for Krishna. It was an offering of love and the reason why he brought powa was that Krishna loved Powa. Since Sudama was so poor, his wife borrowed it from a neighbour to give it to him.

Question: I would like to know more about Nada-Anusadhana. Specifically, is the Ajapa Gayatri Mantra "Hamsah Soham" mentioned in this essay the complete mantra, and do you have to chant it contiguously without stopping, or will chanting in installments over a few days work as well, and do you chant silently, or audibly, or even loudly?

Question: I had a question on your view on reincarnation. I have brain damage and wonder if this carries over into future lives or if I can have normal intelligence for the next life if there is one. I was born normal but I had an accident and lost intelligence and wonder if I can be normal for the next incarnation if you believe in that.
